Deep Odyssey _

Deep Odyssey is the creation of local designers Wendy de Aguiar and Samantha Turner, whose focus is on handcrafted original women's clothing and accessories. The pair met whilst studying Fashion and Textiles at Fremantle TAFE, and launched their business together in April 2005.

Wendy started her career in fashion as a young girl sewing her first cotton bikini, and continued her interest throughout school, later completing a traineeship as a furrier. Having married and raised her children, she then worked for various local designers, including Samantha Wynne and Ray Costarella. It was then that she completed her Fashion Diploma at Fremantle TAFE, and met business partner Samantha.

Likewise, Samantha worked in various retail positions, including Jaclin Chouchana, before completing her fashion certificate course at Fremantle TAFE.

Labels stocked: Stun, Molly, Infinity, De Aguiar, all created by the pair, and other local labels including Mandi Mac, Colourful Heather, Grazia, and Stewart & McGie.
